Introducing the Inaugural Anthology

On the Other SIDE OF Grief

Your Story Matters.

Are you ready to share your story of grief and healing?

Whether you've navigated the loss of a loved one, a broken relationship, a lost dream, or any other form of grief — your journey could offer comfort and inspiration to others.

Your story holds the power to heal, not just yourself, but others too. By sharing your experiences, you can offer hope to those who are still struggling, showing them that life does indeed go on, and there's a light at the end of the tunnel.

Together, we will create a collection of stories that serves as a beacon of hope and resilience for those facing their own grief journey.

You Do Not Need to Be a Professional Writer

Many people feel called to share their story but hesitate because they don’t see themselves as “writers.”

Please know that you do not need to be a professional author to contribute to this anthology. What matters most is your authentic voice and lived experience.

Grief does not follow a script, and neither do the stories in this book. Whether your journey has been quiet and reflective, deeply spiritual, filled with unexpected lessons, or simply about learning to move forward one day at a time — your story may be exactly what someone else needs to hear. Professional editing is included to help shape your chapter so your story can shine clearly and beautifully.

Submission Guidelines

To help keep the anthology cohesive, contributors are asked to follow these general guidelines:

• Suggested word count: 1,500 – 2,000words
• Stories should be authentic, reflective, and respectful.
• Contributors must submit original work (you keep the copyright to your work.)
• Light editing will be provided to support clarity and flow

Full submission details will be shared with accepted contributors.

About the Creator

On the Other Side of Grief is curated by Bella Rose (Isabella Rose), founder of Bella Rose Healing Hands, a holistic wellness practice devoted to helping people reconnect with themselves, heal emotional wounds, and rediscover the magick within their lives.

Since 2016, Bella has guided individuals and groups through healing experiences that blend creativity, spiritual reflection, and compassionate support. As a holistic wellness practitioner, life coach, author, and artist, her mission is to create sacred spaces where people feel safe, seen, accepted, and free from judgment -- something her clients consistently describe as the foundation of their healing experience.

This anthology itself was born from a sacred moment. During a creative expression therapy session, Bella received a download -- a spark of inspiration that arrived the way true guidance often does, quietly but unmistakably. And then the signs began. The name Gabriel kept appearing again and again, in the most unexpected places. Hearing it. Seeing it. Until the message became impossible to ignore. Bella took that as the divine confirmation it was -- guidance from Archangel Gabriel, the patron of writers, storytellers, and sacred communication. She followed that guidance, and On the Other Side of Grief was born.

Bella's own life has been shaped by profound loss, resilience, and transformation. In late 2016, she survived what doctors described as a fatal car accident, her aorta collapsing and tearing in ways that should not have been survivable. She knows deeply and personally what it means to grieve -- to grieve your health, your former life, your sense of self, and the people you love. It is from that place of lived experience that she brings both tenderness and truth to this project.

Her background is extensive and diverse, spanning Angel Energy Healing, Reiki, aromatherapy, breathwork, and Brain Tap Technology. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Holistic Health Sciences and has completed training in Domestic Violence Advocacy, Trauma-Informed Coaching, and Recovery Coaching. She is a Warrior Goddess Training Facilitator, Warrior Heart Facilitator, Therapeutic Art Life Coach, Master Life Coach, Angel Oracle Reader, and Intentional Creativity practitioner, among many other certifications.

Bella is also a published author and inspirational writer. She is the bestselling author of Behind the Masked Smile: A Survivor's Quest for Love, a poetic memoir, and has co-authored ten books including the bestselling 365 Book Series. Her work is featured in Soul-Hearted Living: A Year of Sacred Reflections and Affirmations for Women by Dr. Debra Reble. She has spoken as an expert on Angels and Angel Energy Healing at the Global Transformation Summit and has appeared on the Enlightened World Network, Cultivating a New Generation podcast, and co-hosted the Angel Realms Radio Show.

She believes that sharing our stories -- especially the stories born from loss -- can help others feel less alone and remind us that healing, connection, and hope are always possible. On the Other Side of Grief is the answer to that belief and sacred calling.

THIS IS YOUR MOMENT

Because grief is the other side of love. And healing happens in circles, not timelines.

On the Other Side of Grief is the inaugural volume in the On the Other Side anthology series, a growing collection dedicated to honoring the transformative journeys we all walk through life. This is where it all begins.

If you feel called to share your story, we would be honored to have your voice in this healing anthology.
